If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services & Regulatory Disclosure

Pirento Legal is an enterprise legal-technology platform facilitating business registrations, statutory document preparation, tax filings, and intellectual property application workflows. Pirento Legal is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal representation or legal advocacy.

Services requiring certified professional attestation, statutory signing, or court appearance are fulfilled by independent, qualified legal practitioners, chartered accountants, and company secretaries who maintain direct professional relationships with clients where required by statutory bar council or statutory institute regulations.

3. User Obligations and Information Authenticity

You represent and warrant that all information, identity proofs, corporate documents, and disclosures provided through the platform are accurate, genuine, and legally valid. Pirento is not responsible for penalties, rejections, or legal liabilities arising from fraudulent, altered, or incorrect documentation submitted by the client.

4. Fees, Taxes & Payment Terms

All service fees are clearly broken down into statutory government fees (stamp duty, MCA filing charges, trademark fees) and professional service charges. Government fees are disbursed directly to regulatory authorities and are strictly non-refundable once an application is transmitted to the government portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Pirento Legal and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits or delays caused by government portal downtime, MCA server maintenance, or official regulatory scrutiny.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
