1. Cancellation & Refund Overview

At Pirento Legal, we strive to provide transparent, high-quality legal and corporate services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our cancellation and refund guidelines clearly below.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If you cancel your service request before our legal team has commenced document drafting, verification, or consultation (typically within 24 hours of payment), you are eligible for a 100% refund of professional fees, minus standard payment gateway transaction fees (approx. 2%).

3. Work in Progress

Once document drafting has commenced (e.g., name reservation filed, MOA/AOA drafted, or trademark search executed), refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis deducting reasonable administrative and professional drafting costs incurred up to that milestone.

4. Statutory Government Fees

Government statutory fees, stamp duties, and challan payments that have already been disbursed to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Trademark Registry, or GST authorities are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as government bodies do not refund statutory fees once filed.

5. Government Rejections and Resubmissions

If an application receives a statutory query (MCA Resubmission or Trademark Examination Report), our team will address and resubmit the application without additional professional charges. If a filing is rejected solely due to non-compliance by the applicant, government fees will not be refundable.

6. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card). To request a refund, please contact refunds@pirento.com with your order reference number.
